We are currently recruiting for a Service Manager
(37 hours permanent contract)
in Cheshire Community Living Services based in Dublin.
We aim to support people to live their best possible life in their own home.
Operating as a member of the Regional Team and reporting to the Regional Manager, the successful candidate will manage a team of individuals supporting people living in their own homes. They will have leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team working in a changing and dynamic environment.
The Service Manager will be committed to achieving the highest standards of excellence and the delivery of continuous improvement in standards, safety, quality and service delivery in line with the organisation and regional team objectives.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
All candidates must currently hold a degree in Social Care or other relevant discipline with a minimum 5 years post qualification experience including 3 years in a supervisory or management position. A qualification in people management and a full clean driving license with own transport are essential. The successful candidate should also have a desire for personal & professional development.
We are seeking staff who are committed to supporting people to live the life of their choosing in their home. This requires excellent communication skills and personal initiative, respect for autonomy and an ability to network in the community.
